We expect you to have completed your studies and your PhD in business administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and/or International Management. We would also like to encourage graduates from other disciplines (e.g., Psychology, Sociology) to apply if you see points of connection in terms of content.
Furthermore, we expect publications or a pipeline in international renowned journals and a specialization which contributes to the Chair topic of ‘Women in Finance’, e.g., gender studies, diversity and inclusion or careers.
You also have a high level of enthusiasm for scientific work, a good overview on theoretical foundations of the field as well as knowledge of empirical social research.
Excellent English and if possible French language skills are expected as well as an interest in topics related to international research.
